As a health insurance broker, I work with you to learn your health insurance needs and advise you on your health insurance options. I am licensed in over 25 states with multiple carriers including Marketplace, short term, health share/faith-based organizations and more.

My primary focus is to find a plan that provides you the best benefits within a budget you can afford. Health insurance is confusing, but I remove the confusion by guiding you through the process step by step. My services are free, and my help doesn’t stop after we enroll you in a plan. I provide continuous help when using your policy as well as knowledgeable about changes in the health insurance industry to ensure you have the best coverage available. 

When growing up, I never imagined I’d be a health insurance broker. What I have always been is a great advisor and had a passion to help others. This passion started early when I got my degree in education, history and English. I was a high school teacher for four years while earning my master degree in education in instructional technology and working in educational technology for five years. 

After working in the education profession, I became a stay-at-home mom for about ten years with my three amazing children. When my children were in school full time and after my divorce, I wanted to find a career where I not only was able to help people but was able to have the flexibility to balance responsibilities of work and the needs of my family. 

 Through a friend, I learned about becoming a health insurance agent/broker, and I eagerly started my education, licensing and appointments to begin working in the industry. I have been an agent for over 7 years, and I absolutely love what I do! With health insurance laws and regulations constantly changing along with the fluctuation of policies and carriers, it’s a joy to get to be that “go-to” person my clients rely upon to help guide and support them on-going. I get to work with individuals, families, business owners, contract workers and more! As a broker, you get the benefit not only of my experiences but knowing that you are well advised as I’m able to work with a wide range of plans and options.
